Here are some quick tips to stay ahead of spring allergies:

âś… Check daily pollen forecasts and limit outdoor exposure on high-pollen days.
âś… Keep windows closed and use air purifiers indoors.
âś… Wear an N95 mask when outside to reduce pollen exposure.
âś… Shower and change clothes after being outdoors.
âś… Stick to your asthma medication and have an updated asthma action plan.
âś… Stay hydrated and consider using nasal rinses for extra relief.
