Here are some quick tips to stay ahead of spring allergies:

✅ Check daily pollen forecasts and limit outdoor exposure on high-pollen days.
✅ Keep windows closed and use air purifiers indoors.
✅ Wear an N95 mask when outside to reduce pollen exposure.
✅ Shower and change clothes after being outdoors.
✅ Stick to your asthma medication and have an updated asthma action plan.
✅ Stay hydrated and consider using nasal rinses for extra relief.
