Together, We Can Change Asthma Awareness in India 🌱

Issue #10

Hi Friends,

Last Sunday, I shared a personal reel about something I carried silently for years, being ashamed to use my inhaler in school and later even at work.

Many of you related, and that made me realize something important:

👉 The first step towards asthma awareness in India is owning our stories.

But here’s the truth, my story alone won’t be enough to bring the change we all want. This is not my community, this is our community.

That’s why I would love for you to share your experiences. If you are comfortable, please fill out this form:

Your story may be featured in our blogs, short videos, podcasts, or newsletters. Helping others feel less alone and spreading awareness where it’s most needed.

And I promise you this: we won’t stop here. Today we are 500+ members strong, mostly from Tier-1 cities. But the real mission is to take awareness to Tier-3 towns and villages, where myths and stigma are even stronger.

It starts with us, right here.
