Last Sunday, I shared a personal reel about something I carried silently for years, being ashamed to use my inhaler in school and later even at work.

👉 The first step towards asthma awareness in India is owning our stories.

But here’s the truth, my story alone won’t be enough to bring the change we all want. This is not my community, this is our community.
